While information is the cornerstone of our ability to provide superior service, our most important asset is our client’s trust. Therefore we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of our current, prospective, and former clients’ personal information. We have developed policies designed to protect this confidentiality while allowing client needs to be served.
In the course of providing investment advisory and financial planning services, we may obtain non-public personal information about our clients. This information may come from sources such as account applications and other forms, from other written, electronic or verbal correspondence, transactions, brokerage or financial advisory firms, and/or financial advisors or consultants.
We do not disclose any personal or account information provided by our clients or gathered by us to non-affiliated third parties, except as required or permitted by law. Non-affiliated third parties who may have a need for access to personal and account information will be permitted to use the information solely to provide the specific service or as otherwise permitted by law. We may also provide personal and account information to a client’s brokerage firm when necessary.
We do reserve the right to disclose or report personal information to non-affiliated third parties in limited circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required under the law. In addition, we may disclose information about client accounts to a non-affiliated third party if a client requires it or if a client consents.
We take seriously the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of our client’s non-public personal information and have implemented procedures designed to restrict access to our client’s non-personal information to Johnson’s Global Advisors personnel only. Johnson Global Advisors has implemented physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to ensure client information remains non-public.
